 Congratulations to all those involved in the College Musical "Joseph in the Warehouse". The musical was based on Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat". After 8 months of hard work from a crew of fantastic people, “I closed my eyes…” and I opened them to see a big, beautiful crowd on either side of me. Watching me and listening to me. This was the opening night of Emmaus College’s production of ‘Joseph in the Warehouse’, based on the musical, ‘Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat’. The cast of the musical had been working on making ‘Joseph’ a perfect success. The dancers danced harder than they had ever danced before. The singers had sore throats like they’d never had before; and the teachers/helpers were more tired than they had ever been before… and you know? I don’t think we would have had it any other way. The fantastic performance was a great success! Mission accomplished! It was a glorious and exciting night for all. The energy arising from the audience was just amazing. Backstage was a whirlwind of nervous cast and crew members, it was INSANE! The performance was put on with such enthusiasm and the actors/actresses really knew their part and played it fabulously! The crowd was very impressed and so were the cast. It was truly great. All in all, ‘Joseph in the Warehouse’ was the biggest, most awesome performance made by Emmaus College ever! So buy the DVD and remember, ‘Any dream will do’!
